About Lily

With over 25 years practicing, and 17 years teaching yoga, my style has evolved into a unique way of moving and connecting with the body.


My aim is to help you enliven your body's inner intelligence, through somatic, trauma informed practices that build strength and body awareness in a nourishing, gentle, yet powerful way.
